My name is Liz, and I’m the culinary creative—and yes, the boss—behind Farm Kitchen.
 

It’s where everything I value about food comes together and is intentionally out of the ordinary.
 

I’m a chef, turned accidental baker who is grounded in ingredients and deeply uninterested in shortcuts. Flavour starts with the ingredients you use, not how loudly you can decorate. That means real chocolate. Whole sugars. Standards that outweigh convenience. No chips. No fillers. No candy bars pretending to be cookies.

I’m a graduate of the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. The first taught me that no dish can rise above the quality of its ingredients. The other cemented my obsession with how food is grown, raised, and respected. The result lives here, in every bite.

This is baking for people who notice. About flavour. About craft. About awe. And yes, I take it seriously.
